Vicki is a warm and loving caregiver with years of hands-on experience supporting seniors. Her natural gift for nurturing, combined with her leadership, has built a culture of kindness and respect at Century Tree. She’s not just the owner—she is fully present in the day-to-day life of the home, pouring her heart into every resident and every detail.

Our journey to West Texas began six years ago when we moved to this community to care for Gary’s aging parents. Through this deeply personal experience, we came to understand both the incredible joy and the unique challenges that come with caring for loved ones in their later years. It shaped our family and inspired our mission.
